Goods In & Inventory Storage
All incoming deliveries are checked for accuracy and condition on arrival. Each product is allocated a secure storage location within our facilities and is available for order processing within one business day. Your stock levels are updated automatically, giving you an accurate picture at all times.
Pick, Pack and Ship
Orders are automatically received from your sales channels and immediately scheduled for processing. We retrieve products from their designated storage locations, carry out careful accuracy checks, and pack each order to your exact specifications, using your own branded packaging or our own. Every order leaves our facilities correctly packed and ready for delivery.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders received before 5pm are picked, packed, and dispatched on the same business day. We treat every order as time-sensitive, so your customers are never left waiting. Orders received after the 5pm cut-off are immediately prioritised for next-day dispatch.
Shipping and Tracking
Shipping labels are generated and packed orders passed to the designated carrier. You and your customers can review order status throughout the process, with full tracking available from dispatch to delivery. We ship to UK and international destinations, including across Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and beyond.
